We are delighted to be hosting round 4 of the 2024 British Cycling National Youth Omnium series on Sunday June 9th at Gosling Velodrome. Advance entry is open until May 31st via the BC website at this link.
A Youth Omnium consists of 5 different track events that test riders all round abilities in sprint and endurance races, and against the clock. Hosting the Omnium is one of the highlights of the club’s year with the track a hive of activity with a great atmosphere and fascinating racing to enjoy for the whole day. The riders that perform well often progress to bigger things with former member Laura Kenny famously winning Omnium gold medals at the London and Rio Olympics.
