GLL are Greenwich Leisure Ltd, who manage Gosling Sports Park. They run this scheme to offer young and aspiring cyclists (or other athletes) financial and other support, such as Gym access, physio, etc. Many of our young riders have benefitted from this in the past, several have now gone on to professional careers.
